Hourly-rate calculator

Billable hours equal working hours per week multiplied by working weeks per year and the billable percentage. Income and business expenses form the base revenue target. The reserve-adjusted target divides that amount by one minus the reserve percentage. The recommended hourly rate divides the adjusted target by billable hours.

Profit-margin calculator

Gross profit is revenue minus direct costs. Net profit also subtracts operating, tax and other expenses. Each margin divides profit by revenue and multiplies by 100. When revenue is zero, margins are shown as zero so the result remains finite.

Assumptions and estimates

The calculators depend entirely on user assumptions and cannot account for every tax, accounting, market or personal factor. Results are estimates and are not financial, legal, tax or accounting advice.

Privacy

Calculator inputs are processed locally in the browser and are not sent to Vectix Logic. Optional aggregate analytics identify the tool and event, never the financial values entered.

Marketing idea generation

The default generators combine user context with a deterministic library of safe, varied templates. They reject duplicate directions and avoid fake urgency, fabricated discounts, testimonials and guaranteed outcomes. Every idea still requires human review.
